Refund policy

• Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Please fill out the return form sent with your online order.

DO NOT return any item without first sending an email message to our customer support - sales@mistolab.com. Without prior contact, the return cannot be accepted.

• Refunds

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided they are in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. All refunds exclude shipping costs, unless the reason for return is our responsibility. Refunds are processed once the item is received and verified. Refunds are issued to the same card/payment method used for the purchase.
